I'm just curious as there has been approvals contrary to the bulletins in the years before. Please don't flame me as i'm just looking for any signs of hope around the corner for the EB3 folks.

Hello,
I got my EAD through my primary Employer. I am currently working on EAD but with a different Employer (NY State Agency) who doesn�t encourage GC processing, so did not file my AC21 and been working for over a year now. I still have good rapport with my primary Employer. Now I am scheduled to go to INDIA for few weeks, my question is " whom should I say is my Employer " if the immigration officer asks me at the port of entry (JFK). Please advise as I will be carrying my current pay stubs.

While I do not have first hand experience. I do not believe the IO will care about your employment status or employer given that you have an AP don't recall anyone here saying that they were asked about the employer when using AP to enter.

Update on H1B Extension
Applied back in August and got RFE last month. Replied RFE with copy of 485 receipt and copy MTR approval and got 3 years extension until 2013.

Hi People,
I getting even more confused:mad:
My status - AOS, H1B expired, staying on EAD.
Ap is valid until the middle of November 2008.
I have to travel abroad end re-enter more than 2 times from now to the AP expiry date
..
USCIS sent me 2 exact copies of AP - is that mean that only one stamp per each re-entry implying that I may travel out of country only twice until AP exparation end re-enter twice only???
Or there allowed more than one stamp on AP paper - using one AP per multiple entries??

Nik gives some good advice.
If you still want to continue shooting during the darker part of the show (and don't want to "fix" they eyes of every animal shot), you'll have to find a better way to light things - this means not using a direct strobe from the camera to the animal (or cowboy), as this is what causes the red/white eyes - light reflecting straight back from the eye to the camera.
The simple way to solve this is to get an off-camera hotshoe for the flash, and place it at 30-45 degree angle away from where you're shooting in relaton to the subject. To get the best results, you'll probably want to have TWO flashes, both at an angle from the subject.
You still won't get "all" great shots, but they will be noticably better than the current setup.
The next step further would be to use proper studio strobes (two or three). Of course, you can no longer just walk into the arena with your camera at this point, but you probably need permission to put up some 6-8 foot tall stands with the strobe on it, and find some power sockets to connect the strobe power unit to, etc, etc... This is similar to how I understand that Kevin Sadler does his job - and horse-shows and that sort of thing is his business... He may well be around to give more advice at some point.

I agree that TANA & ATA are big organizations. But their focus is entertainment. And I heard that there is a lot of corruption. There are some allegations that people spend lot of money to become the president(or some other highest post). Who ever is competing for the highest post, they spend lot of money towards new membership program. they register all new members and ask them to vote for them. This happens just before the elections for the post. I do not think, people spend hundreds of thousands of dollars for new member registration with out expecting some thing back. Probably, there may be lot of corruption involved. I do not think, it is good idea of joining such kind of organizations. More over, there may be more organizations for each indian language in USA. Are we going to attach with all of them?

Has any of these lawyers done viral marketing of IV or greencard backlog action items on their forums and newsletters? So why are you advertising them? You go around town asking lawyers if they did any case successfully Showing a Valid Employer-Employee Relationship. And you will mostly get Yes answer so that they get more business. So why promoting only one lawyer.

I think there is an article on front page. Also I am personnaly right now more interested in grass root state chapter person to person campaigning rather tha online campaigning. I think time has come to show the faces and numbers to each other. I appreciate your comments and my intention here is to just give an update. I am sure somebody from core is reading this and will take action if they like the idea....
